Cancellation Policy

 

For the cottages 30% deposit(or minimum $200 per week of stay) is required to hold reservation.

Cancellation is with 30 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit is refundable less 50 dollars administration fee.

Motel Policy

Cancellation with 7 days advance notice prior to arrival date.

Daily Visitors: up to 1 hour- free(guest has to be register in the office)

Otherwise $10.00/person

Overnight $30.00/person
