Cottages Policy

30% deposit (or minimum $200.00 per week of stay) is required to hold reservation.

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival date.

Deposit is not refundable 

Motel Policy

Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date.

Daily Visitors:

Up to 1 hour - FREE (guest has to be register in the office)

Otherwise: $10.00/person

Overnight: $30.00/person
